JOB DESCRIPTION
Supervise and review the daily activities of the Accounting Team.
Manage, assign, and supervise the work of the accounting team.
Review tax invoices and supporting documents to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Oversee the preparation, reconciliation, and tax finalization of VAT, PIT, WHT/FCT, and CIT.
Review tax accounts, prepare periodic tax reports, and manage VAT refund documentation.
Liaise with tax authorities, external auditors, and other relevant parties.
Monitor changes in tax regulations and provide guidance and training to team members.
Perform other tasks assigned by Department Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related discipline, or related fields
Experience:
– At least 5 years of experience in Tax accounting
– At least 2 years of experience in a factory environment in a team leader or management position
Skills:
– English or Japanese communication level
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office 365).
– Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and advanced formulas.
– Good knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards and tax regulations.
– Experience in SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
– Basic communication skills in English or Japanese are preferred.
– Strong leadership, planning, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
