JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervise and review the daily activities of the Accounting Team.
• Manage, assign, and supervise the work of the accounting team.
• Review tax invoices and supporting documents to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Oversee the preparation, reconciliation, and tax finalization of VAT, PIT, WHT/FCT, and CIT.
• Review tax accounts, prepare periodic tax reports, and manage VAT refund documentation.
• Liaise with tax authorities, external auditors, and other relevant parties.
• Monitor changes in tax regulations and provide guidance and training to team members.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Department Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related discipline, or related fields

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in Tax accounting
• At least 2 years of experience in a factory environment in a team leader or management position

Skills

• English or Japanese communication level
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office 365).
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and advanced formulas.
• Good knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards and tax regulations.
• Experience in SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Basic communication skills in English or Japanese are preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
