JOB DESCRIPTION
Work with subcontractors for DTM (Dyed To Match) and rubber puller development.
Cooperate with the Sales and Design Departments regarding rubber puller designs for customer approval and sample arrangement.
Work closely with the QC, Dyeing, and other related departments for new rubber puller development.
Prepare weekly, monthly reports on DTM status and control DTM lead time control within 3 days.
Perform basic administrative work, including purchasing office supplies for the department.
Maintain and file DTM data, records, and related documents.
Perform other tasks assigned by Department Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
College degree or above in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
– No experience required.
– Experience in a manufacturing environment or new product development activities is preferred.
Skills:
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
– Basic English (with 4 skills).
– Good color recognition ability; not color blind.
– Strong coordination, follow-up, and reporting skills.
– Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible.
– Able to work effectively with cross-functional departments and external suppliers.
