JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work with subcontractors for DTM (Dyed To Match) and rubber puller development.
• Cooperate with the Sales and Design Departments regarding rubber puller designs for customer approval and sample arrangement.
• Work closely with the QC, Dyeing, and other related departments for new rubber puller development.
• Prepare weekly, monthly reports on DTM status and control DTM lead time control within 3 days.
• Perform basic administrative work, including purchasing office supplies for the department.
• Maintain and file DTM data, records, and related documents.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Department Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

College degree or above in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• No experience required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or new product development activities is preferred.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Basic English (with 4 skills).
• Good color recognition ability; not color blind.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and reporting skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible.
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional departments and external suppliers.
