JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage accounts in terms of order processing, order follow up, pricing quotation, on-time delivery, orders fulfillment.
• Understand customers’ needs to provide quick and accurate actions to get customers’ satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaint: Investigate and cooperate with other teams to resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Other tasks are assigned by leaders/manager.
• REQUIREMENTS

Education

Graduated from University

Experience

Welcome fresher or having 1-2 years’ experience is an advantage.

Skills

• Good command at English or Japanese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Hard-working, aggressive with good communication skills.
• Experience in trim or textile is preferred.

• Floor, AB Tower, 76 Le Lai Street., Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
• Working hours: 08:00 AM – 17:00 PM (Mon to Fri). Saturday morning work is required according to the company schedule (18 Saturdays per year).
