JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receive customer requests for sample development
• Register product/item codes
• Receive and handle customer complaints
• Weekly and monthly production reports for managers
• Perform other tasks assigned by Department Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

Graduated from College or higher

Experience

Not required (candidates without experience are accepted)

Skills

• Basic English or Japanese with 4 skills
• Have communication skills, teamwork and creative thinking
• Good office computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Have skills to analyze, synthesize data
