1. JOB PURPOSE

Manage and supervise daily Warehouse operations to ensure safe, accurate, efficient and timely execution across Receiving, Put-away, Collecting, Packing, Outbound and Inventory activities. Drive productivity, manpower utilization, inventory accuracy, quality and continuous improvement.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 Warehouse Operations

• Manage daily Warehouse operations in accordance with operational plans, SOPs and safety requirements.
• Allocate and coordinate manpower based on workload and operational priorities.
• Monitor operational progress, resolve issues and ensure smooth Warehouse operations.
• Ensure inventory and shipments are processed accurately and on time.

2.2 Productivity & Performance

• Monitor manpower utilization, productivity and operational KPIs.
• Analyze performance gaps and identify root causes.
• Reallocate manpower and recommend actions to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

2.3 Quality, Inventory & Safety

• Ensure inventory accuracy in terms of quantity, location and stock condition.
• Investigate operational errors and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, safety regulations and 5S requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized Warehouse environment.

2.4 Continuous Improvement

• Identify operational bottlenecks, waste and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement improvement actions.
• Participate in Lean, Kaizen and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Recommend improvements to processes, manpower, layout, equipment and working methods.

2.5 Team Management

• Lead, coach and develop Warehouse Leaders and employees.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance and provide operational guidance.
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate training activities.
• Build a strong team culture based on Ownership, Teamwork, Discipline and Continuous Improvement.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Warehouse Operations / Warehouse Management.
• Good knowledge of Warehouse operations and WMS.
• Experience in manpower, productivity and KPI management.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Good leadership, communication and people management skills.
• Experience in Lean / Kaizen / Continuous Improvement is preferred.
