1 Data Management & Data Quality

• Develop and standardize Warehouse data management processes, KPI definitions and reporting standards.
• Maintain data sources, ownership, validation rules and the Warehouse Data Dictionary.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency and timeliness.
• Identify data gaps, discrepancies and anomalies, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with IT, WMS/ERP and relevant teams to resolve data issues.

2 Reporting & Performance Management

• Manage daily, weekly and monthly Warehouse performance reporting.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and management reports.
• Monitor operational performance trends and identify significant gaps.
• Ensure consistent KPI calculations and reliable information for management decision-making.

3 Data Analysis

• Analyze productivity, manpower utilization, workload, overtime, volume and capacity.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support operational decisions.
• Track and measure the results of improvement actions.

4 Dashboard & Automation

• Develop and improve automated reports and dashboards to reduce manual work.
• Improve data visibility and accessibility for Warehouse management.
• Utilize tools such as Excel, Power BI, Google AppSheet, Looker Studio and Apps Script.
• Coordinate with IT/Data teams to improve data integration and reporting automation.

5 Continuous Improvement

• Provide data analysis and performance baselines for Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Support Lean, Kaizen, productivity improvement, cost reduction and process optimization projects.
• Measure improvement results and monitor sustainability.

6 Team Management

• Manage, coach and develop the Warehouse Data Leader.
• Assign priorities and review data quality, reporting accuracy and work completion.
• Develop the team's analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Build backup and succession capability within the Data team.

 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, IT or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Data Management, Business/Data Analysis or related fields.
• Experience in Warehouse KPI management, reporting and data analysis.
• Good understanding of Warehouse operations and WMS/ERP systems.
• Experience in Lean, Kaizen or Continuous Improvement is preferred.
