Key Responsibilities:

• Market research and analysis:

- Competitor product, price, distribution strategy monitoring and analysis

- Customer needs research and analysis

- Market(customer) segmentation.

• Market strategy building and performing:

- Develop comprehensive marketing plans for company equipment and products; create promotional plans to drive product awareness and sales.

- Event organization: Plan, organize and execute events such as exhibitions, seminars, workshops and corporate events.

- Customer acquisition: Identify and engage potential customers through various channels to drive sales.

- Media channels: Maintain and enhance the company's presence on media channels, including social media, websites and other digital platforms.

- Branding positioning and distinguishing points developing.

• Sales activity support:

- Making sales materials

- Building distribution expanding plan with sales team

• Market and Competitor Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.

• Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key influencers (KOLs) in the dental industry; Collaborate with KOLs to promote products and enhance brand reputation.

Yêu cầu công việc

Required Qualifications:

• 2 ~ 3 years marketing field

• Qualifications: University degree in Communications, Marketing or related fields.

• Language: English

• Data-driven marketing mindset with a creative eye

• Experience with marketing automation tools

• Management: Ability to manage time, tasks, and work independently and in a team.

• Preferred candidates:

- Proficient in online marketing and social media strategy

- Proven success in designing interactive applications and connected platforms

- Willing to travel

- Established relationships in the media
