• Begins to develop a knowledge of Learning & Development procedures.
• Understand the responsibilities of other units and departments and co-operate with them.
• Maintain & updating Training Record & Tracking files.
• Prepare Training materials (support translation, games, and other training materials).
• Support to organize Internal & External events for Hotel’s colleagues.
• Coordinate and support to manage all Internship Programs in hotel.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and either transfer, redirect or take a message.
• Prepare Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents.
• Support tracking Merlin courses & Merlin supports.
• Arrange appointments and meetings and training classes.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters.
• Other duties assigned by Manager.

• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Good writing skills.
• Good English communication skills.
