Mô tả công việc

  • Assist the Front Office team with daily operations, including guest check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Welcome guests and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and policies.
  • Support guest inquiries and coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Assist with room assignments, guest records, and administrative tasks.
  • Handle guest requests professionally and promptly under the supervisor's guidance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
  • Be passionate in hospitality & delivering luxury services.
  • Be customer-oriented.
  • Be good at English communication skills.
