• Assist the team in monitoring service quality and guest experience across hotel departments.
• Support the collection, compilation, and analysis of guest feedback, satisfaction surveys, and online reviews.
• Help prepare reports on service performance, guest satisfaction, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist in reviewing service standards and identifying opportunities to enhance the guest journey.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to follow up on guest feedback and service improvement actions.
• Support internal quality assessments, service evaluations, and departmental performance tracking.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality assurance and guest experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proactive, responsible, and interested in service quality and customer experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
