WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

1. Talent Acquisition

- Partner with hiring managers to advise on recruitment strategies, market conditions & align with hiring needs, candidate portrait, and timelines.

- Collaborate on planning periodic recruitment budgets and workforce planning.

- Manage the end-to-end talent recruitment process, including coordinating candidate sourcing (through job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting), arranging interview schedules, conducting interviews & preparing offer letters.

- Maintain recruitment databases, reports, and metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire...).

- Implement the onboarding process to help new colleagues integrate into the working environment, understand their positions and responsibilities, improve work efficiency and nurture personal potential.

2. Employer Branding

- Plan and implement employer branding programs to increase potential candidate awareness.

- Collaborate on planning and executing programs to attract young talents (Job Fair, University Sponsorship, Company Tour...

- Organize activities to build the work environment and foster internal communications and engagement with colleagues.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.

- At least 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition.

- Proficiency in English 4 skills

- Proven experience in sourcing and hiring high level positions is a plus.

- Proficiency with AI tools to foster the recruitment process is an advantage

- Ability to build and maintain good internal relationships with other departments.

- Ability to work independently and manage hiring priorities effectively.

- Logical thinking, active learning spirit, creativity at work.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
