• Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 days/week) 7:30-16:30
• Report: Korean Manager (English language)
• Position : Supply Chain Specialist
• Job Summary
• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations (procurement, inventory, logistics, and demand planning)
• Responsible for ensuring efficient material flow and optimizing overall supply chain costs.
• Key Responsibilities
• Inventory & Warehouse Management
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock (avoid overstock/shortage)
• Coordinate with warehouse for stock accuracy and cycle count
• Manage slow-moving and obsolete inventory
• Logistics & Import/Export
• Coordinate with logistics providers for inbound/outbound shipments
• Manage import/export documentation and customs clearance
• Optimize transportation cost and delivery lead time
• Demand Planning & Coordination
• Collaborate with Sales/Production for demand forecasting
• Align procurement plan with production schedule
• Monitor supply-demand balance and propose action plans
• Cost Control & Reporting
• Analyze supply chain costs and identify saving opportunities
• Prepare SCM reports (inventory, purchasing, logistics KPIs)
• Support budgeting and cost tracking

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• 3 years of experience in SCM / Logistics in manufacturing or trading company
• Strong knowledge of import/export and local regulations (Vietnam)
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Excel (mandatory), ERP system experience preferred
• Good English communication (intermediate level or above) (phỏng vấn hoàn toàn bằng tiếng Anh với CEO người Hàn)
