• Oversees the daily operations of the Spa and Fitness Center to ensure high service standards, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensures all Spa facilities, equipment, treatment rooms, and guest areas are properly maintained, clean, safe, and operational at all times.
• Monitors preventive maintenance programs, equipment warranties, and service agreements, and coordinates with Engineering on repairs and maintenance requirements.
• Develops and promotes Spa treatments, wellness programs, retail products, and upselling initiatives to enhance guest experiences and departmental revenue.
• Maintains awareness of current Spa, wellness, fitness, and hospitality market trends, including new treatments, products, and industry developments.
• Prepares and monitors departmental budgets, forecasts, expenses, inventories, and P&L performance in accordance with company financial objectives.
• Ensures inventories of retail products, operational supplies, linen, and professional products are conducted accurately and maintained at appropriate levels.
• Supervises Spa reservations, scheduling, labor productivity, and operational planning to maximize efficiency and service standards.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, departmental SOPs, hygiene standards, safety procedures, and local regulations.
• Conducts regular inspections and walk-throughs of the Spa, Fitness Center/Gym, and retail areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and operational readiness.
• Leads, trains, develops, motivates, and supports team members to maintain professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and service excellence.
• Participates in recruitment, performance management, scheduling, training, and team development activities within the department.
• Maintains professional and effective working relationships with other departments to support operational efficiency, communication, and guest satisfaction.
• Handles guest concerns, feedback, and operational issues professionally and diplomatically to ensure timely resolution and positive guest experiences.
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred; higher education is an advantage.
• Minimum three to four years of managerial experience in hotel, Spa, or wellness operations is preferred.
• Maintains a professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Fluent in spoken and written Vietnamese, with proficiency in English communication.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and diplomatically with guests, team members, and Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Well organized with the ability to multi-task, analyze operational challenges, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prepare, manage, and monitor departmental budgets, expenses, and P&L performance to achieve financial objectives.
• Proven ability to maintain high service standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Experience in recruiting, training, developing, and motivating team members while fostering accountability and continuous performance improvement.
• Ability to foster positive working relationships and promote teamwork within the department and across operations.
