• Manage electrical maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, operational safety, and minimal environmental impact.
• Provide technical support and guidance for electrical maintenance activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective electrical maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electrical equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and suppliers to support maintenance activities.
• Improve maintenance efficiency and equipment reliability through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices.
• Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in electrical maintenance, manufacturing, industrial plants, or related industries.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Good English communication skills (both spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP/CMMS is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing/plant environment.
