- Engage with inbound leads via email and phone, providing timely and professional responses.

- Proactively reach out to potential clients and arrange meetings to introduce Secom’s security systems and services.

- Understand client needs, propose security plans and solutions and prepare clear, compelling quotations.

- Deliver persuasive presentations and negotiate contract terms to close sales successfully.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer data, purchase orders in the company system.

- Collaborate with internal departments (technical, operations, administrations) to ensure work runs smoothly.

- Contribute ideas and market feedback to improve products and service offerings.

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

- Other tasks assigned by managers.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education: Graduated from university

- Language: English or Japanese (N2)

- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Sales or customer support

- Highly self-motivated

- Team working

- Good communication skill; Can think logical thinking, make a hypothesis and do, good motivation

- Hardworking, Energetic & Responsible person.
