- Interpret between Japanese Managers and local employees, customers, partners

- Collect, translate and summarize data from others

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales reports

- Engage with inbound leads via email and phone, providing timely and professional responses.

- Understand client needs, propose security plans and solutions and prepare clear, compelling quotations.

- Collaborate with internal departments (technical, operations, administrations) to ensure work runs smoothly.

- Attend the meeting with customers when required

- Other tasks assigned by managers.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education: Graduated from university

- Language: English or Japanese (N2)

- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Sales or customer support.

- Highly self-motivated

- Team working

- Good communication skill; Can think logical thinking, make a hypothesis and do, good motivation

- Hardworking, Energetic & Responsible person.
