Tuyển dụng (Senior) Sales Representative, Pharmacy Chain (Dermo-Cosmetics) tại Hồ Chí Minh

JOB PURPOSE

Drive growth of the Pharmacy channel for Dermo-Cosmetics & Personal Care (DCPC) by executing sales plans, managing assigned customer and pharmacy relationships, and ensuring effective channel execution to drive product availability, distribution, sell-in and sell-out performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Customer Management

• Execute sales plans and commercial activities for assigned Pharmacy chain accounts.
• Build effective relationships with customer and store-level stakeholders.
• Support the development of new accounts and business opportunities in collaboration with the Key Account Manager.
• Monitor and analyze sell-in, sell-out, stock availability and product distribution.
• Manage and follow up on customer orders, coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery and stock replenishment, and resolve order-related issues.

Pharmacy & In-store Execution

• Execute promotions, merchandising and trade activities in line with agreed plans.
• Conduct regular pharmacy visits to ensure product availability, visibility, assortment and promotional execution.
• Support product education and engagement activities for pharmacy staff in line with approved materials to strengthen product knowledge and recommendation.
• Monitor competitor activities and gather customer and market insights.
• Follow up on customer issues and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.

Reporting & Collaboration

• Maintain accurate customer and activity records and provide regular updates to KAM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute channel and brand initiatives.
• Ensure customer activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, personal care or retail industries.
• Experience working with pharmacy chains, drugstores, modern trade channels is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Commercial mindset with strong execution and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-driven, proactive, resilient and results-oriented.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
