The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving hotel revenue and expanding market share across key segments. The position focuses on maximizing sales results for Corporate, MICE, Weddings, Leisure, and Tour Operator / OTA partnerships under the direction of the DOS and GM.

Sales & Market Development:

• Proactively seek out, negotiate, and secure contracts with new and existing corporate accounts, travel agents, and OTAs.

• Conduct effective hotel site inspections, presentations, and client entertainment to promote the resort.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and services to recommend competitive rates.

Sales Administration & Leadership:

• Lead daily sales briefings and prepare weekly/monthly sales plans and production reports.

• Assist the DOS/GM in drawing up the annual commercial and marketing plans.

• Maintain up-to-date client profiles, sales call logs, and statistical data for assigned accounts.

Guest Relations & Cross-Departmental Coordination:

• Collaborate closely with operational teams (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, etc.) to handle special requests, inquiries, and resolve guest complaints effectively.

• Ensure accurate invoicing, credit checks, and timely payment collection for all handled accounts.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Proven experience as a Senior Sales Manager or Sales Manager in 4-5 star hotels/resorts, prefer candidate having experience on Phu Quoc.

• Strong track record in managing Corporate, MICE, Leisure, and OTA/TO segments.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

• Proficient in hotel management software (PMS) and standard office computer systems.

• Result-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel for business as required.
