Senior Sales Executive – FMCG (GT & MT) - 20Mil Gross - Quận 7, HCM

Job description:

1. Sales Planning & Execution

• Develop and execute sales plans across GT, MT, and emerging channels to achieve sales targets.
• Take ownership of assigned channels and territories, including customer development, market coverage, and sales performance.
• Monitor sales progress and implement action plans to achieve business targets.

2. Customer & Business Development

• Develop new customers and distributors and expand business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and business partners.
• Identify potential customers, channels, and business opportunities to support sales growth.

3. Promotion & In-market Execution

• Plan and execute promotions, merchandising activities, and sales programs.
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure proper sales execution and market coverage.
• Monitor display, POSM, pricing, distribution, and competitor activities in the market.

4. Market & Competitor Analysis

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, distribution, and customer needs.
• Identify market opportunities and challenges and propose appropriate solutions.

5. Sales Performance & Reporting

• Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and regular business updates.
• Provide recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and support overall sales strategies.

6. Team Support & Project Leadership

• Support and guide other Sales team members when required.
• Take the lead in assigned sales projects and ensure timely execution.

7. Other Responsibilities

• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the General Director.

Job Requirements

• University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• 4+ years of experience in Sales (FMCG Sales preferred), with strong experience in GT, MT, and distribution channels.
• Strong understanding of market development, customer management, distribution, and sales operations.
• Strong planning, negotiation, communication, relationship-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, responsible, results-oriented, and able to work independently with a high level of ownership.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional activities and handle sales operations with limited supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to independently prepare sales reports, forecasts, and basic analysis.
• English: Intermediate level, sufficient for work-related discussions, reporting, and communication with management.
• Willing to travel for market visits and business trips.
