• Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and develop B2B client opportunities across SMEs and key accounts
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively identifying needs and proposing tailored advertising solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure and contract execution
• Drive revenue performance and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Ensure effective post-sales follow-up, fostering long-term partnerships and repeat business
• Monitor contract execution and support collection of receivables
• Prepare regular sales reports and contribute ideas to improve team and business performance
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Yêu cầu công việc

• Ideal Profile: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields is highly preferred
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Passion for sales, with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset
• Energetic, resilient, and able to work under pressure
• Professional appearance suitable for client-facing roles
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience; experience in Advertising, Media, Digital, or OOH
• Attractive, uncapped income package (base salary + commission + bonuses), with base salary starting from VND 12–15 million/month (negotiable based on experience)
• Structured training programs to enhance professional sales skills
• Professional, dynamic, and open working environment with clear career progression to Team Lead / Sales Manager roles
