Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Senior Sales Executive (Automotive/Motorcycle Parts, Remote, 1550USD, ID22849):

Strategic Account Management

• Maintain and strengthen strategic relationships with VinFast in Hai Phong.
• Promptly receive, process, and respond to customer inquiries to maximize customer satisfaction.

Order Management & Coordination

• Monitor the entire order lifecycle, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and proactively developing solutions to address any issues that arise.

Commercial Operations

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Handle Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and participate in negotiations regarding pricing and commercial terms.

Cross-Functional Communication & Coordination

• Serve as the primary communication bridge between customers and the management team in Korea.
• Coordinate closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality departments to minimize product-related issues.

• Male/ Female, <45 years old
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on B2B sales experience in the automotive or motorcycle parts industry.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of automotive industry standards and processes, including RFQ and APQP/PPAP.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in either English or Korean, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing, negotiations, and international reporting meetings.
• Travel Availability: Willingness to travel domestically, with company-provided transportation to Ha Nam and travel expense support for trips to Hai Phong, as well as occasional business trips to South Korea.
