At Base.vn, we're looking for a Senior Business Development professional to drive new business across the B2B market and work directly with business leaders on SaaS, AI & digital transformation solutions.

• Own the end-to-end B2B sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → discovery → solution consulting → negotiation → closing.
• Proactively hunt and build pipeline through outbound, networking, referrals, partnerships and industry connections.
• Engage Founders, C-levels, and senior decision-makers to uncover business opportunities.
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and high-value enterprise deals.
• Develop strategic relationships and identify opportunities for upsell & cross-sell.
• Collaborate with Pre-sales, Product, and internal teams to deliver the right solution for each business challenge.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 1+ years of proven B2B Sales/Business Development experience, with strong hunting capabilities.
• A track record of building pipeline from scratch and consistently hitting sales targets.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable selling to decision-makers and enterprise clients.
• Resilient, highly driven, and motivated by ambitious targets.
• Experience in SaaS, Software, AI, IT Solutions, Fintech or B2B Services is a plus.
