Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Transactional Accounting (Open For Fresher, $700, ID 22847)

• Accounts Payable Operations & Document Control:

  • Ensure all incoming vendor invoices are digitized, uploaded, and submitted promptly within the Aestiva system.

  • Review supporting documentation for clarity and completeness, identifying data anomalies, omissions, or potential duplications prior to processing.

  • Maintain systematic and organized records of financial documents in compliance with internal audit standards.

  • Respond to internal and external payment status queries; collaborate with team members to reconcile outstanding vendor statements.

• ERP Maintenance & Accounts Receivable Support:

  • Evaluate functional workflows to propose optimization strategies for the E10 ERP system.

  • Post incoming cash transactions into the ERP environment based on banking details and remittance advice; report unmatched items immediately.

  • Investigate root causes of overdue client balances by reviewing account histories and collaborating with AR specialists.

  • Document detailed follow-up actions and account updates directly within the AR aging tracking schedule.

• Month-End Reconciliations & Compliance:

  • Prepare routine month-end sub-ledger reconciliations for AP and AR accounts against general ledger balances.

  • Assist in identifying account variances, documenting resolution steps, and resolving outstanding items.

  • Strictly observe corporate guidelines, data confidentiality standards, workplace safety policies, and complete mandatory internal training modules.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Male/Female. Under 35 years old.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or closely related discipline.
• Experience: Open to entry-level professionals /fresh graduates seeking a career in corporate finance. Prior internship or working exposure to AP/AR functions within Manufacturing or Trading environments is advantageous.
• Fluent in English
• Work Schedule: Full availability to work the required night shift schedule (Monday to Friday).
