• On-Site Maintenance Operations & Infrastructure Reliability:
  • Formulate and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all plant equipment and utility infrastructure to ensure minimal operational downtime.
  • Direct the continuous recording and systematic tracking of machine servicing history while ensuring strict compliance with original manufacturer technical specifications.
  • Mitigate operational risks by preventing third-party vendor activities or infrastructure faults from impairing active production lines.
  • Handle emergency breakdown calls during off-hours when critical plant incidents occur.
• Spare Parts Inventory & Supplier Oversight:
  • Establish tight inventory controls for machine spare parts, maintaining up-to-date and complete stock availability to minimize repair turnaround times.
  • Oversee external contractors and machinery equipment suppliers, auditing service delivery and installation quality.
• Energy Optimization, EHS & Quality Audits:
  • Implement targeted energy-saving initiatives to meet organizational energy cost reduction goals.
  • Prepare comprehensive maintenance audit documentation for internal and external quality and environmental audits.
  • Enforce environmental health, safety (EHS), 5S practices, and workplace cleanliness across the entire maintenance department.
• Team Leadership & People Management:
  • Manage daily attendance, duty rosters, work schedules, and performance evaluations for a team of 14 technicians and maintenance staff.
  • Identify departmental skill gaps, design structured technical training plans, and foster strong cross-functional collaboration with the production division.
  • Drive team motivation, implement performance appraisals, and propose appropriate rewards or disciplinary actions.

• Education & Qualifications:
  • Male, preferably under 45 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or relevant technical fields.
• Professional Background:
  • Minimum4 years of proven experiencein equivalent maintenance management or supervisory roles withintextile, fabric, or garment manufacturingsectors.
  • Hands-on expertise incomputerized machine control systemsas well ashydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Proficient in reading engineering drawings and utilizingAutoCAD.
• Language & Leadership Skills:
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Proven leadership capabilities in managing technical teams (managing up to 14 staff members), with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
