B2B Market Development & Expansion

Proactively identify, approach, and develop business partnerships within industrial zones, focusing on key sectors such as Steel, Fertilizer, Chemicals, Cement, Thermal Power, Shipbuilding, Electronics Components, Paper & Packaging, etc.

Technical Solution Consulting

Conduct on-site surveys at customer factories to assess current operating conditions and understand customer requirements. Provide technical consultation on industrial pumps, mechanical seals, and fluid handling solutions.

End-to-End Sales Management

Take full ownership of the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, preparing technical and commercial quotations, contract negotiation, order follow-up, and payment collection.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with the Product Manager and Technical Team to prepare technical proposals. Coordinate with international suppliers (USA, Japan, Taiwan, etc.) regarding technical specifications and product-related matters.

Performance & Data Management

Regularly update sales progress, maintain customer information, and monitor sales KPIs through the company's CRM/ERP system.

Business Travel

• Conduct regular day trips to customer factories (approximately three days per week). The company provides transportation and covers all business travel expenses.

Educational Background

• College degree or above in
• Engineering
• (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Automation, Hydraulic Engineering, etc.) or
• Business Administration/Economics.

Work Experience

• At least
• 2–3 years of experience in
• B2B technical sales. Preference will be given to candidates with experience selling industrial equipment such as industrial pumps, air compressors, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, or those with an existing customer network among manufacturing plants and EPC contractors.
• (Candidates who have not directly sold pumps or mechanical seals but possess a strong network within the target customer segments mentioned above are also encouraged to apply and will be considered.)

Language Skills

Good command of English, with the ability to read and understand technical catalogs/documentation and communicate effectively with overseas suppliers via meetings and business emails.
