Job Title: General Sales Executive (B2B / Textile & Garment Accessories )

Job Overview:

As a General Sales Executive, you will develop branded customers in accordance with the company’s customer positioning standards, drive customer registration, sampling, order conversion, and payment collection, and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collect and analyze customer information according to the company’s customer positioning standards, and complete target customer selection and registration;

2. Develop and implement customer development plans in line with customer development milestones, and conduct regular reviews to obtain customer nomination or sampling opportunities;

3. Follow up on initial customer instructions and complete credit profile establishment, sample development, quotation and price negotiation, tooling/mold development, testing arrangements, and other related work to convert opportunities into bulk production orders;

4. Follow the standard order operation process to complete order review, order information transfer, delivery date confirmation, shipping instruction issuance, monthly reconciliation, payment follow-up, and other tasks to ensure accurate order delivery and payment collection;

5. Conduct regular customer visits and customer care, promptly receive and handle customer complaints, and follow up on resolution results to improve customer satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: fixed monthly salary of RMB 6.5K–8.5K/month + quarterly performance bonus + annual performance bonus;

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above;

2. Language requirements — one of the following:

Chinese national: fluent in Vietnamese and English listening, speaking, reading, and writing;

Vietnamese national: fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, and proficient in Chinese reading and writing;

3. 1 year of B2B sales experience; experience in the textile/garment accessories industry is preferred;

4. Strong marketing logical thinking and analytical/problem-solving skills;

5. Good interpersonal and business entertainment skills; good professional appearance and presence.
