• Own the full B2B sales cycle - from identifying and approaching potential clients to pitching, negotiation, closing, and follow-up.
• Build and grow your own client pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Understand clients’ business needs and pain points, then recommend the right products or solutions to create real business value.
• Lead sales conversations and product presentations with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and drive deals to closure.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, turning initial conversations into repeat business and new opportunities.
• Gather market and customer insights to identify emerging needs, competitive movements, and potential growth opportunities.
• Track your sales pipeline and performance, using data to prioritize opportunities and improve conversion.
• Take ownership of quarterly and annual sales targets and continuously look for new ways to grow revenue.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is
• Have 4+ years of B2B Sales experience, ideally in Digital Solutions, SaaS, Technology, or related industries.
• Strong business development and hunting mindset, with proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with B2B clients and decision-makers.
• Proactive, resilient, and target-driven, with strong ownership of sales results.
• This is a non-manager position; you will work as a Sales Expert and an individual contributor in sales.
• Good at English skills is a big plus.
