• TNA & Curriculum Design (25%): Lead Training Needs Analysis, digitize learning modules (E-learning, micro-learning videos), build Sales Playbooks, SOPs, and multi-tier competency assessment tools.
• Program Delivery & Field Coaching (30%): Facilitate high-impact workshops (Sales, Leadership, Customer Service) and conduct routine market visits (MT/GT) for real-time behavioral coaching at the point of purchase.
• SME Network & Kirkpatrick L3 Evaluation (25%): Mentoring internal trainers/SMEs, applying Kirkpatrick Level 3+ evaluation frameworks to measure on-the-job behavioral changes, and reporting training ROI.
• Employer Branding & Engagement (20%): Drive "Life at Smollan" employer branding campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Careers pages while organizing internal culture & engagement events.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Experience: 5 to 7 years in L&D, with at least 3 years dedicated to Sales / Field Force development (FMCG, Retail, Consumer Electronics, or Retail Agencies).
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, Education, Languages, or related fields.
• Skills: Exceptional audience engagement & facilitation; strong Instructional Design skills (PowerPoint, Canva, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia); analytical mindset connecting L&D metrics to commercial ROI.
• Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
