Job Purpose or Summary

Responsible for leading and supervising in-store marketing activities across the pharmacy network to ensure effective brand presence, excellent execution quality, and contribution to sales growth and customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and manage in-store marketing activities (NSOs, Adhoc…) across the pharmacy network, ensuring consistent brand visibility and effective execution of promotional campaigns, activation, POSM, and product displays. 
• Develop and coordinate in-store marketing plans with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Retail Operations, Commercial, Property, and suppliers) to drive traffic, transactions, and sales performance. 
• Supervise and monitor the implementation quality of supplier marketing activities at store level, including POSM setup, product sampling, activations, mini games, and other branding initiatives. 
• Manage relationships and coordinate with vendors/suppliers to ensure project timelines, execution quality, and cost efficiency. 
• Plan, allocate, and monitor budgets for in-store marketing activities and POSM production to ensure effective cost control and optimization. 
• Analyze campaign performance, store execution quality, and business impact; provide reports, insights, and improvement recommendations to management. 
• Propose and implement new in-store activation ideas and visibility solutions to enhance customer experience and strengthen brand presence at stores. 
• Review and control contracts, quotations, acceptance documents, and related procedures for in-store marketing activities in compliance with company policies. 
• Implementing other tasks at line manager assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, or In-store Marketing. 
• Experience in managing projects, suppliers, team coordination is preferred.
• Strong leadership and project management skills. 
• Good stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination. 
• Strong analytical and reporting skills. 
• Budget planning and cost optimization mindset. 
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving retail environment. 
• Willingness to travel and work overtime when needed 
• Understanding of advertising regulations and licensing requirements is a strong advantage.
