EZLand is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to develop creative and visual assets across our corporate brand and real estate projects, ensuring strong design quality and consistent brand expression across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop key visuals, campaign creatives and design applications for corporate and project marketing.

• Design materials across digital, social media, print, OOH, events and sales channels.

• Create and edit video, motion graphics and short-form content for digital and campaign use.

• Translate marketing concepts and key messages into effective visual communication.

• Ensure consistent application of brand identity, typography, colors and visual standards.

• Prepare production-ready artwork and coordinate with agencies, suppliers and production partners when required.

• Manage and maintain brand assets, templates and creative libraries.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably in a senior or lead design role.

• Hands-on experience in Real Estate/Property Development or Hospitality is preferred

• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign development and integrated marketing design.

• Working-level English to understand briefs and communicate with international partners; bilingual (Vietnamese – English) layout experience is a plus.

• Proficient in industry-standard tools for design, motion and video editing, with the ability to deliver print- and production-ready files.

• Able to integrate AI tools into the design and video-editing workflow to improve creativity, speed and output quality.

• Able to manage multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
