Senior Business Development Specialist (Contract) – Home Appliances

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across key retail, e-commerce, and distribution channels in Vietnam.

- Establish and maintain business relationships with major retailers, e-commerce platforms, distributors, and other potential business partners.

- Conduct market visits and competitive analysis covering product assortment, pricing, promotions, channel presence, and market trends.

- Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, channel strategy, pricing, and promotional activities.

- Identify market opportunities, channel gaps, and potential business partnerships to support brand expansion.

- Support commercial negotiations, product listings, new product launches, and channel development initiatives.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective execution of market development activities.

- Prepare market research reports, competitive analysis, and business development updates for regional management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in at least one of the following areas:

- Sales, business development, or marketing within the home appliance or consumer electronics industry.

- E-commerce category management, merchandising, or commercial operations.

- Buying, merchandising, or procurement experience with major retail chains or Key Accounts (KA).

- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is mandatory, including business communication.

- Good understanding of Vietnam's home appliance market, retail landscape, and e-commerce channels.

- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a dynamic, project-based environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with major electronics and appliance retailers, e-commerce platforms, or distributors in Vietnam.

- Experience in air treatment products, small domestic appliances, or premium consumer electronics.

- Existing business relationships with key retail or e-commerce partners.

- Experience in new brand launches, market entry, or channel development.

- Good command of English is an advantage.
