1. Promotion Management

- Support the development and execution of promotion plans in line with business objectives and campaign requirements.

- Prepare and handle required documents and procedures for promotion programs, including coordination with relevant authorities when required.

- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure promotion programs are implemented accurately and on schedule.

- Monitor promotion execution and support the preparation of campaign results and reports.

2. Voucher & Gift Management

- Manage and monitor voucher and promotional gift inventory to ensure sufficient stock for promotional campaigns.

- Coordinate with relevant teams and suppliers on the production, delivery, and allocation of promotional gifts.

- Prepare regular inventory reports and monitor the usage of vouchers and promotional gifts.

- Support the management and allocation of Marketing Fees for TOS and Direct Purchase (DP) brands.

3. Membership Management

- Support the development and implementation of membership benefits and privileges.

- Coordinate programs for different customer segments, including VIP, Tourist, Office, and other target customer groups.

- Work with relevant internal teams to ensure membership programs and benefits are communicated and implemented effectively.

4. Partnership & Co-Marketing

- Coordinate with external partners to support the development and implementation of joint promotion programs.

- Coordinate campaign information, benefits, timelines, and execution requirements with partners and relevant internal teams.

- Support the preparation of reports and evaluation of partnership and co-marketing activities.

5. Other Tasks

- Perform other tasks as required by the department.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, or related fields.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Sales Planning, Marketing, Promotion, or related fields. Fresh graduates with strong analytical thinking, a proactive mindset, and good Microsoft Office skills are also welcome to apply.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Good command of English.

• Experience in promotion planning and execution in retail, department store, or shopping mall environments is preferred.

• Experience in voucher, gift, inventory, and promotion cost management is preferred.

• Customer-oriented mindset with good problem-solving skills.
