Sales Operation

Collect, track, and analyze sales data (transaction volume, active POS terminals, merchant growth, ...) to generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for senior management.
Streamline the end-to-end sales workflow, from lead generation to merchant onboarding (KYC, contract signing, POS terminal deployment).
Coordinate closely with Operations, Risk/Compliance, and Technical teams to resolve bottlenecks in merchant account activation or POS device delivery.
Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring data integrity regarding merchant profiles and sales pipelines.
Provide administrative services including reviewing merchant service agreements, custom contracts, and official dispatches for Key Account Managers and Salespeople.
Maintain an organized, secure, and accessible physical/digital filing system for all sales contracts, partner agreements, and internal policies.
Prepare necessary documents, data, and procedures before, during, and after internal and external commercial meetings; take precise meeting minutes.
Perform other tasks as assigned by line managers.

Graduated in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Fintech, or related fields.
Min 2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Sales Coordinator role
Strong preference: Experience in Fintech, Payment Gateway
Strong communication and cross-departmental coordination skills
Time, task, and deadline management skills with good prioritizing and multi-tasking capability under high pressure.
Proactive, self-motivated, "can-do" attitude, and comfortable adapting to a fast-paced fintech environment.
