What You'll Do

Drive Sales & Conversion

Actively engage with prospects, conduct club tours, and close membership deals to achieve monthly sales targets.

Consultative Selling

Listen to and understand each prospect's fitness goals, guiding them to the membership or class pack that best fits their needs.

Lead Management

Diligently follow up with warm leads, inquiries, and trial members via WhatsApp, phone, and in-person to maximize conversion rates.

CRM & Pipeline Management

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all leads, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM/booking system.

Collaborate for Success

• Partner closely with the Marketing team to maximize promotional campaigns and with Coaches to ensure prospects have an outstanding trial experience before closing the sale.
• What We're Looking For

Experience

2+ years in sales or customer success. Experience in the fitness industry is a plus.

Communication

Ability to communicate warmly, clearly, and genuinely in both Vietnamese and English.

Organization

Comfortable using CRM or booking systems, Google Sheets/Excel, and maintaining accurate records.

Mindset

Proactive, reliable, and motivated by helping people follow through. Open to working occasional evenings and weekends.

People-first

Genuine enjoyment of talking to people and quick problem-solving skills for member needs.

Salary

• 15,000,000 - 35,000,000 VND (Includes competitive base and performance-driven commission)
