What You'll Do

- Welcome new members

Be the go-to person for anyone exploring Primal, answer questions, book trial classes, and make sure their first experience feels great.

- Guide the right fit

Help people choose the membership or class pack that actually matches their goals and schedule.

- Stay close to members

Check in regularly, notice when someone's routine is dropping, and step in with a genuine conversation to help them stay on track.

- Build community

Coordinate with the Members Services team to run programs, challenges, and events that give members more reasons to show up and bring friends.

- Communicate where members are

Stay responsive and warm on WhatsApp and in-app messaging.

- Track and report

Keep daily dashboards updated and share insights with Management and Coaches so we can keep improving the member experience.

- Work as one team

• Partner with Marketing on offers, Coaches on class feedback, and Operations on schedule changes.
• What We're Looking For

Experience

• 2+ years in sales or customer success. Experience in the fitness industry is a plus.

Communication

• Ability to communicate warmly, clearly, and genuinely in both Vietnamese and English.

Organization

• Comfortable using CRM or booking systems, Google Sheets/Excel, and maintaining accurate records.

Mindset

• Proactive, reliable, and motivated by helping people follow through. Open to working occasional evenings and weekends.

People-first

Genuine enjoyment of talking to people and quick problem-solving skills for member needs.

Salary

• 8,000,000 - 12,000,000 VND + commission
