Tuyển dụng Sales Executive (IVD, Sinh Học Phân Tử, Vi Sinh) tại Hà Nội

• Conduct market research and analyze competitors, products, and customer needs within the assigned territory.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers.
• Provide technical consultation and promote IVD, molecular biology, and microbiology products and solutions to customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales contracts.
• Coordinate and monitor product delivery schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the implementation and usage process.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Prepare and submit sales performance reports, market intelligence, and customer feedback to the direct manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications & Professional Knowledge

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Biotechnology, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Medical Laboratory Science, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Cell Culture, Laboratory Testing, Diagnostics, or related disciplines is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to travel for business as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in technical sales, biotechnology, biomedical, laboratory, diagnostics, or IVD-related industries.
