- Commercial Execution & Business Development

• Identify and cultivate prospective B2B clients within industrial manufacturing plants and construction sectors across assigned Southern territories.
• Manage incoming customer inquiries, conduct technical consultative discussions, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize product supply contracts.
• Perform hands-on product demonstrations and technical trials at client sites to showcase equipment features and capabilities.

- Market Analysis & Cross-Departmental Coordination

• Monitor industrial market dynamics, conduct competitor analysis, and contribute to actionable sales strategies to expand regional market share.
• Collaborate closely with internal Application Engineers and technical support teams to deliver comprehensive after-sales and consultation services.
• Draft monthly operational plans, track lead progress, and submit performance logs to senior foreign management.

- Mobility & Continuous Learning

• Travel periodically for client visits across Southern Vietnam and attend specialized technical training programs in Thailand, Singapore, or Japan as assigned.

- Qualifications & Technical Background

• Male, aged under 30. Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Technical Education, or related fields).
• 1 to 2 years of practical experience in technical sales, machinery, mechanical equipment, or industrial supplies (candidates with exposure to measuring instruments or IT/computer hardware foundation will be given strong preference).
• Motivated, resilient under pressure, detail-oriented, and committed to long-term professional development.

- Core Competencies

• Proven consultative selling aptitude, effective presentation capabilities, and strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to read technical specifications, analyze competitor product positioning, and deliver structured product demonstrations.

- Language Skills & Mobility

• Fluent in English(both written and spoken) for executive reporting, technical documentation, and international training sessions.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
