- Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Procurement Supervisor (Manufacturing, $1550, ID 22814): - Oversee and control all plant-level procurement activities, ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and procedures. - Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, development, and optimization to ensure product quality, cost competitiveness, on-time delivery, and supply continuity. - Lead contract negotiations and price discussions to secure optimal commercial terms and conditions. - Supervise daily purchasing operations and approve purchase orders to ensure alignment with budgets and operational requirements. - Collaborate closely with Planning, Production, Finance, and other relevant departments to resolve procurement issues and meet business needs in a timely manner. - Lead, guide, and develop a team of three procurement staff, assigning responsibilities and monitoring performance against key KPIs, including cost savings, OTIF (On-Time In-Full), and PPM (Parts Per Million). - Analyze market trends and cost structures to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective supply chain risk management strategies. - Prepare periodic procurement reports and analyze purchasing data to support strategic decision-making by senior management. Yêu cầu công việc - Male/ Female, < 40 years old - Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration or a related field. - 3–5 years of procurement experience in multinational manufacturing companies, including at least 1–2 years of team management experience. - Strong knowledge of industrial production raw materials, machinery, and facility-related procurement. - Proficiency in ERP systems, including SAP and Ariba, as well as Google Workspace tools. - Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and data-driven analytical skills. - Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional working environment.
