Sales Engineer (English Language Speaking)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by leveraging his/her commercial acumen and technical expertise to promote and sell our company’s product so as to expand its market share. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop in-depth knowledge of company’s products and their applications.

• Present technical product solutions to clients, addressing their specific engineering requirements.

• Identify and engage potential customers in target industries, including electronics and automotive industries.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to achieve sales growth.

• Develops business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, sales admin, customer… to ensure shipment procedure

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

• Education:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical sales or engineering roles, preferably in SMT, PCB industrial products.

• Language: Able to write, present and communicate well in English. It will be added advantage if candidate can speak and understand some basic Chinese language.

• Skills:

- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate engineering concepts.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Candidates who possess a valid driver's license and own a personal car will be preferred.

- Work Time: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
