Our client is a local company, now looking for a Sales & Customer Service Manager (Open to Chinese Expat, $2300++, ID 21658)

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for Chinese clients throughout the service lifecycle.
• Foster and maintain long-term partnerships to ensure account retention.
• Address and monitor customer feedback and complaints, collaborating with internal teams to provide timely resolutions.
• Track service quality metrics to uphold satisfaction levels and maximize contract renewal rates.

Business Development & Account Farming

• Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to expand current service scopes.
• Partner with the Sales Division during site surveys, quotation proposals, contract negotiations, and amendments.
• Analyze service usage patterns to uncover new revenue-generating opportunities.
• Assist in onboarding new accounts, assessing client requirements, and delivering service presentations when needed.

Service Quality Coordination

• Work closely with Executive Chefs, Kitchen Managers, and Operational Teams to ensure meal standards and services comply with contractual terms.
• Conduct periodic quality audits covering food presentation, culinary standards, and special client requests.
• Oversee the implementation of quality enhancement initiatives across assigned kitchens.
• Resolve operational contingencies and quality-related issues promptly.

Training, Improvement & Reporting

• Train and guide operational personnel on service standards, communication skills, and customer orientation.
• Propose innovative solutions to enhance overall customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Co-develop tailored customer care workflows matching specific client profiles.
• Deliver periodic and ad-hoc reports regarding service performance, customer feedback, and action plan outcomes as directed by Management.

• Chinese nationality
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Customer Service at a Manager level.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Fluent in Chinese with strong proficiency in English or Vietnamese.
