We are looking for a hands-on Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our business development efforts through daily email outreach and performance tracking. You will also help run email marketing campaigns, create social media content, and develop marketing materials that strengthen our brand and engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients that could benefit from our outsourcing services.
• Send daily prospecting emails using approved templates, personalized for each prospect.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of outreach campaigns to improve replies and conversions.
• Create engaging social media content, including writing posts and designing visual assets aligned with the company's brand.
• Manage and maintain the company's presence across social media platforms.
• Plan and execute monthly blog & email marketing campaigns to engage clients and prospects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials that support recruitment, employer branding, and business development initiatives.
• Monitor marketing performance and report key insights and recommendations.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and tools.
• Edit landscape-format videos for the company's YouTube channel (an advantage).

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and managing email marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing business social media accounts and creating engaging content.
• Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools for creating digital marketing materials.
• Basic proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Filmora or similar).
• Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and Meta Business Suite) is preferred.
• Strong research, organizational, and project management skills.
• A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
