Tuyển dụng Regional HR Generalist (Strong Recruitment) tại Hồ Chí Minh

Role and Scope of the Task

Act as the HR partner for an assigned region, covering stores, warehouses and the regional office.

Delivery timely recruitment, accurate HR administration and consistent implementation of company HR policies, working closely with Head Office HR, the Talent Acquisition team and regional operations managers.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Store Operation and Warehouse positions: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer and onboarding.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring needs.

• Coordinate with TA HO on candidate sourcing and manage local recruitment channels.

• Build and maintain local hiring channels: employment service centers, local authorities, industrial zones, worker residential areas, job fairs and employee referrals hires.

• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including contract preparation and induction programs.

HR Operations

• Manage employee records, contracts, personal information, and HR documentation.

• Supervised regional timekeeping to ensure operational accuracy before payroll.

• Address employee inquiries related to salary, benefits, and HR policies.

• Monitor probation and labor contract expiration; coordinate performance reviews and contract renewals.

• Support employee relations and resolve day-to-day HR matters.

• Support company events, meetings, and other administrative activities.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Graduated from University, majoring in Human Resources management, Business administration, or relevant areas.

• 3+ years of HR experience, with strong experience in mass recruitment. Experience in retail, FMCG, F&B, or logistics is a plus.

• Good verbal and written English communication skills is an advantage.

• Ability to support, guide, and consult with managers throughout the hiring process.

• Knowledge of HR related regulations and laws of Vietnam

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
