JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintain and repair machines and equipment.
• Perform maintenance, servicing, and repair of machines, pumps, valves, piping systems, drive systems, and related equipment.
• Inspect molds, machines, equipment, and materials.
• Support machine operation activities.
• Enter data and prepare reports.
• Carry out daily 5S activities.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

Graduated from College or higher

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in machine and equipment maintenance in a manufacturing company

Skills

• Experience with textile dyeing machines (Jet, Beam, Overflow, etc.) is preferred.
• Able to read mechanical and equipment drawings.
• Knowledge of maintenance and repair for pumps, valves, piping systems, and other mechanical equipment.
• Able to perform TIG/MIG welding and use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Basic MS Office skills.
