JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintain and repair machines and equipment.
Perform maintenance, servicing, and repair of machines, pumps, valves, piping systems, drive systems, and related equipment.
Inspect molds, machines, equipment, and materials.
Support machine operation activities.
Enter data and prepare reports.
Carry out daily 5S activities.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Graduated from College or higher
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in machine and equipment maintenance in a manufacturing company
Skills:
– Experience with textile dyeing machines (Jet, Beam, Overflow, etc.) is preferred.
– Able to read mechanical and equipment drawings.
– Knowledge of maintenance and repair for pumps, valves, piping systems, and other mechanical equipment.
– Able to perform TIG/MIG welding and use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
– Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
– Basic MS Office skills.
