Navigos Search's client is setting up new factory in semiconductor field and looking for key talents for their team (open from Manager to Engineer level).

Job description

• Participate in the development of advanced semiconductor and electronic products, from early-stage concept through validation and mass production.

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and technologies to improve product performance, quality, yield and reliability.

• Conduct technical analysis, product characterization and failure investigation to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions.

• Evaluate new materials, process conditions and technical solutions to support product and technology advancement.

• Perform data analysis and simulation to support design decisions, process optimization and product improvement.

• Work closely with internal teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and other relevant functions to resolve technical issues.

• Communicate and collaborate with customers and external technical partners, including participation in technical meetings, reviews and audits.

• Lead or contribute to yield improvement, process innovation and continuous improvement projects.

• Support the introduction and qualification of new products, materials and technologies within the development roadmap.

• Prepare technical reports, analysis results and development plans for internal and external stakeholders.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Over 3 years of experience in R&D, process development, product development or related engineering functions within the semiconductor / PCB - advanced electronics industry.

• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing or PCB or related advanced electronic manufacturing.

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify technical issues and develop practical solutions.

• Experience participating in new product development, process improvement, yield enhancement or technology development projects is preferred.

• Experience working with customers or external partners in a technical capacity is a plus.

• Good command of English with strong communication and technical documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or technical project management.

• Exposure to new material evaluation, process qualification and reliability testing.

• Experience working in a multinational manufacturing or R&D environment.

• Strong interest in developing new technologies and next-generation semiconductor solutions.
