• Assist the Food & Beverage Sales team with daily sales and administrative activities.
• Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, menus, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding restaurant reservations, dining packages, and food and beverage services.
• Assist in coordinating corporate dining events, private functions, and special occasions.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and event information.
• Coordinate with restaurant, kitchen, and event teams to support customer requirements.
• Conduct market research and assist with promotional activities to attract customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Problem solving and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in the use of computer.
• Good English skills, especially in reading & writing.
