QA Engineer

Position Summary:

Drive APQP throughout product development to ensure quality planning, risk prevention, manufacturing readiness and successful MP handover.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan / Define Program

- Organize cross-functional teams, allocate project resources, and define project scope.

- Collect and analyze Voice of Customer (VOC), supplier requirements, and stakeholder expectations.

- Develop APQP Product Quality Timing Plan, Control Plan and xFMEA templates.

- Coordinate APQP Stage Gate reviews and monitor project quality milestones.

2. Product Design & Development

- Define Design Goals, Quality Goals and Reliability Goals.

- Drive Corner Study to establish a robust process window and acceptable Cpk.

- Review Preliminary BOM and Process Flow Chart.

- Identify Special Product and Process Characteristics.

3. Process Design & Development

- Develop DFMEA, PFMEA, Process Flow Chart, Control Plan and OCAP.

- Establish SPC strategy, Traceability, SOP/WI, OEE and measurement validation (MSA, GR&R, Correlation, Guardbanding).

4. Product & Process Validation

- Coordinate Product Validation, Process Validation and Safelaunch.

- Support Trial Run, PPAP, MRB Flow, MES Flow and ORT Flow.

- Monitor Retest, Rework and Validation Review Gate before MP handover.

5. Feedback / CAPA

- Lead CAPA through 8D, 5 Why, PFMEA Review and Lessons Learned.

- Monitor Cpk, COPQ, Process Capability and Change Management.

6. Production & After-sales Support

- Support customer quality issues and field failure investigation.

- Drive Best Practice Reuse and Continuous Improvement.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related disciplines.

- Minimum 3 years in APQP / Project Quality / NPI / Manufacturing

- Good knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.

- Good English communication skills, strong data analysis capability, and the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams.

*** Working Hours: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM; Two Saturdays and all Sundays off each month.
