Production Manager - English & Chinese are required

Job Mission:

Lead and strengthen the production team process for on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. Oversee the management of customer purchase orders, production planning, and logistics coordination while building strong vendor partnerships. Proactively reduce risks, implement clear reporting and partner with management for updates. The mission is to continuously improve efficiency, enhance transparency, and deliver reliable on time shipping that supports company growth and long-term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee Production Specialists with full production cycle, ensuring purchase orders are issued accurately and production schedules are executed on time and according to company standards.

• Manage and optimize all production systems and data, ensuring accuracy in order management, vendor capacity, and monthly output tracking.

• Own capacity planning at the strategic level, aligning vendor capabilities with demand, customer forecasts, and long-term business needs.

• Plan vendor production phases timing (all raw materials acquired, cutting, white goods assembly, finishing …) in partnership with vendors to ensure on time delivery within lead times

• Ensure team provides clear, timely visibility to internal teams and customers on production status, shipment progress, and any risks or delays.

• Strengthen vendor partnerships by driving transparency, improving production efficiency, and ensuring consistent quality and on-time delivery.

• Conduct regular vendor follow-ups, including onsite visits, to evaluate performance, resolve issues, secure committed delivery dates and build a partnership with each vendor’s management teams

• Review and approve weekly production and shipping performance reports, using data to evaluate suppliers and identify improvement opportunities.

• Partner with Merchandising, QC, and Senior Management with feedback about high-performing vendors that have the right capacity and capabilities for new product development

• Guide and support the Production Team, ensuring accurate reporting, high service levels, and strong coordination across departments, especially QC.

• Mentor Production Specialists on methods to manage difficult vendors and ways to establish importance for on time shipping, and timely accurate feedback. Create environment for Production Specialists to be successful with vendors respecting the importance of their follow-up.

• Monitor customer payments at a macro level for visibility to any customer significantly falling behind

• Experience in managing and mentoring team members

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Strong ability to identify risks, analyze performance, and propose corrective actions

• Deep experience in order tracking, logistics coordination, production reporting and capacity planning

• Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Vietnamese. Chinese/Mandarin is required

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and quick turn problem-solving

• Outlook and Excel experience required
