Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Pattern Manager to oversee all activities in our sample room at DEUTSCHE BEKLEIDUNGSWERKE CO., LTD. In this role, you will lead a team of pattern makers, marker makers, and graders to ensure the highest quality in our high-end apparel products. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our standards of excellence and efficiency in the production process.

Job Description:

- Manage all activities within the sample room, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output.

- Lead and mentor a team of pattern makers, marker makers, and grading specialists.

- Collaborate with design and production teams to develop and refine patterns for high-end apparel.

- Ensure adherence to technical specifications and fitting standards throughout the sampling process.

- Utilize GERBER software for pattern making and grading tasks.

- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and training as necessary.

- Implement best practices for efficiency and quality control in the sample room.

- Maintain an organized and safe working environment in compliance with company standards.

- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to enhance the sample room's capabilities.
