Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IE Manager to lead our Industrial Engineering team in the Sweater division at DEUTSCHE BEKLEIDUNGSWERKE CO., LTD.

Job Description:

- Lead the Industrial Engineering team in the Sweater division to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

- Conduct time and motion studies to analyze and improve manufacturing processes.

- Set standard minutes (SMV) for all sweater styles to ensure optimal performance.

- Update operation bulletins (OB) to reflect changes and improvements in processes.

- Optimize manpower planning to align with production demands and efficiency goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in manufacturing.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity and efficiency.

- Identify areas for continuous improvement and lead initiatives to address them.

- Train and mentor team members to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial engineering or a related field.

- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the apparel industry.

- Strong knowledge of time and motion study techniques and standard minute value (SMV) setting.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.

- Experience with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
