- Manage and lead the Sewing Technical Department to ensure all technical processes, sewing methods, and quality standards are correctly implemented before and during production.

- Review samples, patterns, and construction methods to ensure production feasibility and quality consistency.

- Work closely with Merchandising, QA, IE, and Production departments to solve technical issues and improve sewing efficiency.

- Develop standard sewing methods, operation breakdowns, and technical manuals for each style.

- Lead pre-production meetings and provide technical guidance to line leaders and supervisors.

- Identify and train sewing operators to enhance skill levels and ensure product quality.

- Support sample room and production lines for any technical improvement or style change.

- Report to the General Manager on technical performance and production readiness.

- Other tasks assigned by top managements

Yêu cầu công việc

- College or University degree in Garment Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in sewing technical management at an export-oriented Woven garment factory (preferably women’s fashion: blazer, jacket, dress, skirt, etc.).

- Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, sewing operations, and quality control.

- Good communication and leadership skills; able to train and develop technical teams.

- Good command of English for daily communication; Chinese is an advantage.

- Proficient in MS Office, technical documentation,
